Some cultures still have slavery. Some still burn brides if the dowry is not adequate. Some treat women as property. Not all cultures display dignity.

But you were probably talking about Kerry. Let me clue you in on something Debra; having a massive welfare system in America was never and I repeat NEVER the intent of the founders of this nation.
