You can feel how carefully diplomatic and very safe this man's words are. He knows how to say pablum that pleases. Maybe he truly believes. Impossible to tell. Also he might really be old enough to remember WW2 - but those people are the past not the future.

again we helped a country...and where are we for it..in debt, loss of American lives for the Chinese cause be we are the bad guys in so many people's eyes...
